Re: What makes shooting relevant - to YOU?

I always enjoyed shooting as kid. As I grew older, I enjoyed teaching my kids to shoot just as my father taught me. Now that the kids are on their own, the wife and I enjoy shooting together at the range in our front yard. The day I tire of shooting........................................dead.

Re: Calling all Coonans...

Its a beauty. Thre slide stop can be a pain in the butt. You just have to play around with it a little and it will come out when its ready to. It doesn't require brute force, just patience and persistence.

Re: I had to rescue it....

If you have never owned one you are going to love it. I've had my Classic for about a year now and it is a super nice pistol. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

Re: Why does everyone insist on MN PTC?

"Meeker county just lowered their PTC I believe. Honestly, I'm not one for wasting money, but a MN PTC in most places is $100 and it's good for 5 years during which time you can both carry and buy pistols. $100 isn't anything really. Heck, that breaks down to $20.00 a year or 0.054 a day for a ...

Just want to say Hi

Just found your forum a couple days ago, and thought I'd join in. Have owned various guns all my life, but when I retired I decided to get into it a little more. I bought a Coonan .357 and a Kimber Pro Raptor II .45. Also started reloading with a Hornady LNL. My wife also shoots a Kimber Compact II....
