Re: Most durable gun finish?

I've had a few cerekoted and like all things it really depends on the quality of the work...but the ones that were done well have held up very well (minus kydex holster wear). If the parts were already black and it was more for protection etc...it probably wouldn't be worth it to me.

Re: 4 days and counting........

I'm heading up north (past Cook) as well. This year is the most excited I've been for firearm deer season in MN. At least the wolve tracks will be easy to see. Grouse hunting this year I saw more wolves than bucks up there.
Best of luck to you all.

Right to bear arms is open late and is one of the cheapest I have found. I'll be going there again this week.

Re: Texas homeowner uses ar15

I hadn't purchased a medal for the shooter or organized a parade. It was just a story I had decided to follow and was suprised it hadn't yet been discussed on here. Ok back on topic, Let's freak out that it probably wasn't an ar-15, or he should have known 5.56 doesn't have any knock down power... I...

Re: AR QUESTIOM

So kns is correct in saying they don't make a QD mount for a A2 buttstock. The one Ghost linked actually is QD (and say it works on A2s) but online the compatibility list says MOE fixed stocks and magpul shotgun stocks .... I haven't seen a magpul moe buttstock with the classic m16 looking sling loo...

Re: AR QUESTIOM

Is that a "standard" sling post (the types often found on "deer rifles" etc)? In the OP I got excited for a kns qd post that use the push button style to disconnect.

Re: AR QUESTIOM

I may be wrong but I don't think those are made for the A2 fixed stocks.

Re: AR QUESTIOM

Funny, I called kns and they said that isnt a product they make. I saw one that had the "right" description but the photo looked more like a swivel stud. Do you have a link of the one you are getting? Thanks

Re: PSA AR10 lower question

I bought a complete psa lower and my aero won't pin to it. My brother in law shaved near the charging handle and got his to "work". Somehow his pinned up? I've decided to stick with same the same manufacturer for uppers and lowers in each AR-10 style rifle. I've seen too many combos not wo...
