Re: mp 9pro

I like the blackhawk serpa holsters, though I guess some have issues with releasing the pressure of their trigger finger when removing the weapon from the holster.

v clips and gun belt

I had ordered the crossbreed gun belt with velcro and some v clips. Wore it 1 day and the belt was nice, but the glue holding the velcro on the clips wore off. Since I sized the belt wrong as well all are going back. I am thinking of getting a beltman belt instead so it can be worn with dress clothe...

Re: Words of Wisdom from Michael Moore

Take the areas of the world that are in active conflict out of the equation, and he has a point. America is not the most armed nation, but we have more than our share of gun related issues. Though the fix isnt to get rid of the guns (as shown by the other heavily armed nations in the world) it is to...

Re: Please help — Making academic case for guns.

I like the idea of your research, but what length of time do you have to allow the impacts of increased gun ownership to show on the reported crime rates? Also it sounds like you are going into the project with some predetermined results you want to see which can bias your study if your not careful....

Re: Alien Gear Holsters

Personally I have kept both ends on the top hole so far. I do like the fact that you can adjust it though, unlike some others.

Re: Alien Gear Holsters

chances are it will ship for you any day now. I chose to swap out one of the leathers and add a new shell and was given a 2 week estimate when talking with them on the phone.

Re: Looking for hoster

for using at the range my personal preference is a blackhawk serpa holster. For carry I am currently leaning alien gear's way. Everyone is going to have their own preferences, these are mine.

Re: Alien Gear Holsters

I picked up 2 of these and a n82 pro holster at the same time (all 3 for different guns of course). After some time wearing each I am returning the n82 holster and going with the alien gear instead. For me the low ride and comfort of the holster won out. I recently ordered a belt from crossbreed and...

Re: New to Reloading

Scheels stocks Dillon as well if I recall. Hornady is another good brand for things, I like having the lock n load progressive and classic so I have a fast option or a single stage without having to redo my dies. Things like the press just come down to personal preference though. Sounds like you hav...

Re: .357 Hand loads for Deer.

the scale has its place, I like to use it as a checking scale for finished rounds. I use my example round (I have one for each recipe) to set the scale and then randomly check finished rounds. You may have to zero it often, at least I do just to be sure, but it has always weighed my test weight corr...

Re: Confidence

I have let a friend shoot my reloads. The one requirement is that they accept the risk of pulling the trigger knowing that my ammo is not factory made.
