Re: Reports From the 4th, Minneapolis

I am sure the "Runner" was running for more than a simple violation. I'm guessing channel 11.1 will have the best coverage. Another peacefull day in the Hood. Steve I think Channel 9 plays up crime stories more than the others....some MN legislators wanted them to be nicer to Mpls. I watc...

Re: Keystone Cops: Minneapolis Division 2 Dead, 3 Wounded: Bad

Bad Feeling: this incident of the dead motorcyclist will never be properly investigated. No one in the PD is going to go hard on the Officer, right? and the dead guy was a Mexican. It's not like he was a state senators son home from Harvard for the weekend. The real bad news is: This will happen aga...

Re: Keystone Cops: Minneapolis Division 2 Dead, 3 Wounded: Bad

I wonder why the new Minneapolis police cars are black in the front and back and white only in the middle, and many have low profile emergency lights? I think it's so they are 'less visible' The all white cars were easily identifiable as police cars and I'll bet it's a conscious decision to go with ...

Keystone Cops: Minneapolis Division 2 Dead, 3 Wounded: Bad

http://kstp.com/news/stories/S3029730.shtml?cat=1 I'm really just scratching my head at this story....could someone in / retired law enforcement chime in? I want to think 'Keystone Kops' ...a chase suspect grabs an officer's MACHINE GUN during a struggle and shoots not one but 2 cops in the legs. (F...

Re: OGC USPSA Thursday matches

That course took a half a box of ammo. I've got 2 boxes of 9mm....??? how much will I need for next week. 75-100? That's the last of my pre-panic ammo :( I get in stock notifications from Midway and it's gone before I can order (reasonable prices though) It looks like they've disabled 'notify me' be...

Re: Metro Transit Police - fail

Do you think this guy earned a 'Cavity Search' when they got back to HQ?

Which should be likewise videotaped and posted to his Facebook page.

His Street Cred would be gone and he'd have to move back to Chicago . :o :o :o

Re: Best Type of Match Shooting for Disabled Shooter

Are you more concerned with marksmanship practice or self-defense? I was in a defensive shooting where I was assaulted (knocked to the ground....seems to be a common tactic) where I fired all shots from the ground. and one handed and aiming only with the laser. Never expected that. Had you given any...
