Re: new ill law-employer cant ask about criminal record

most companies do an intensive background check these days anyways. usually by an outside agency The company I work for did an extremely thorough background check on me during the hiring process. I received a report after it was finished, and I couldn't believe how deep it went. Interpol, FBI, stat...

Nice piece, Phatspeed! I picked up a P-07 a couple years ago, and that was the beginning of my CZ addiction. I've since added an SP-01 Tactical and a 97BD to my collection. Next on my list are a 2075BD RAMI, an 85 Combat, and a pre B 75, in that order. I have a hard time keeping an open mind about o...

Re: What would buy for a 9mm DA\SA ?

I had an FN FNX-9 that was super accurate, not terrible to conceal/carry, and was reliable as the day is long. That gun started my compulsion for SA/DA pistols. Then I bought a CZ75 P-07 Duty, which I found to be more accurate, a bit easier to conceal/carry, and had a slightly lighter double action ...

Re: 10/22 Love

Here's one of mine I bought from a friend in need of some quick cash. The only thing I added was the bipod. My other one is a Takedown Team USA version, which I don't have any pictures of at the moment. Basically the same thing as the regular Takedown, except the stock is blue, and the case is red.

I always look for perfection when it comes to how my pistol functions, but you have to accept the chance that something man made will fail. It is inevitable with manufactured equipment. Fortunately, when it comes to firearms and defensive ammunition, do you reasonably ever expect to have to use it i...

I start with 50, and if there are no malfunctions, I call it good. If I experience any more than 2 or 3 issues, I'll switch to a different brand and start over. Anything over a 5% failure rate is unacceptable to me.

Re: Gun in a federal building? No big deal....for some

Typical liberal hypocrite behavior. What's ok for them isn't always ok for others....

Re: So, I was stood up today.

Ok, so here is my side by side comparison between Alien Gear and Old Faithful holsters. First of all, they are both leather/kydex hybrid iwb holsters, obviously. At first glance, they are pretty much identical, which is confirmed on closer inspection. They both have the same thickness leather and ky...

Re: Re: So, I was stood up today.

Are there other differences or pros/cons between the two? I like my Old Faithful but the faster shipping times are attractive... At first glance, they seem identical. Old Faithful has more options for kydex colors, but that is inconsequential to me. I'm at work right now, so I don't have them with ...

Re: So, I was stood up today.

Have a look at Alien Gear holsters. I ordered one and had it within a week, and it was $20 cheaper than the Old Faithful I ordered on June 10th and received today. Both are leather/kydex iwb, and have adjustable retention, but the Alien Gear came assembled, and the Old Faithful didn't. I would happi...

Re: Armslist deal on .22's

Ridiculous. I'd rather not shoot than pay those kind of prices.
