ok- Sorta kinda makes sense,,, But arent you into a world of machining if you have a cut receiver? Wouldn't you need a CNC machine to build a receiver? Some kits say the barrels have holes in them as well. Doesn't everything need to be "machined/matched together"? If all the kit is missing...

Why are some weapons sold as parts kits?
Some are lower parts kits, without trigger guard (AR15 ad I saw on GB).
Some are where the receiver has been cut in half.

What is the logic or reason?
