We have posted some updates on this recently on FB, Twitter, YouTube - right now we don't think they have the votes - but that can change. b [sarcasm] How much in donations from the gun industry have you contributed to the Senate? [/sarcasm] Seriously, that's...

Once upon a time, oversight of the 1934 NFA provisions was the purview of the IRS, whose institutional interest was simply collecting money due the government. Then in the wake of leftist radicalism in the Vietnam era and the passage of the 1968 Gun Control Act, this mission was transferred to the n...

Homemade gun maker convicted in NY

If this report is even halfway accurate, a national gun rights organization needs to take up this man's case. At a minimum there should be ample grounds for appeal to a higher court based on judicial misconduct. This is outrageous. https://redstate.com/jeffc/2024/04/22/brooklyn-man-convicted-over-gu...

Re: This is crazy

Since there are laws on the books about how one may lawfully transport firearms in a vehicle without a carry permit, and I don't believe a unsecured firearm immediately accessible to the driver qualifies, then the defendant should have been charged for that. Ruling that the entire interior of a car ...

Re: GOP interference on decades-old gun lawsuit leaves some Indi

No, it shows that legislators don't consider backdoor bans via civil suit legitimate, and that they shouldn't be trying to make gun manufacturers the scapegoat for an out of control criminal subculture.
