Re: $5.99 caliper on sale at Aldi

I've used multiple cheap china electronic calipers before and they've been accurate better than a thousandth at least up to an inch and a half. Never seen them THAT cheap though. That's not saying much if you mean .1 inches. Can do that with a ruler. If your saying better then .001. I'd have to cal...

Would the parents not be arrested in some states for allowing him access to a gun?!

The problems I see on other forums is price bashing and negative comments on sellers posted items. I like this format myself.

Re: 1st revolver

I'm surprised there's not more love in the world for the convertible that I mentioned above. Unless you really want a double action. The convertible is a fantastic revolver and being able to shoot 9mm makes it super cheap to shoot. Assuming this is meant as a range toy and not for carry. I've been ...

Wow!Thanks for all the replies. I was already pretty sure it would be a Smith or a Ruger. Looks like I should go shoot a few mentioned above. When assesing the condition of a used revolver what are a few key areas to look at? Sorry if I'm being redundant. I search for things on here but don't always...

1st revolver

Hey all. Been shooting semi auto pistols for a few years now and have added a few to the collection. I want a revolver! I have shot a few .44 and .357. Not for carry purposes just for general plinking. Would like to keep it under 650$ and I'm good with used. Leaning toward .357/.38spl. Any advice or...

I can't believe he was able to shut up the other panel members AND the crowd. I love when facts get in the way of someone's " argument"

Re: Damaged case. Help?

Got to see the pic's and I'd start with the ejector. It may not be releasing the casing early enough, either due to the angle on the bottom edge or ejector tension. This is not normal or correct. If the ejector checks out the next thing would be the recoil spring being overweight or the load being ...

Damaged case. Help?

Hope someone can help me here. Recently picked up a Taurus 1911 used. Gun has ran flawless. Did some shooting with my son and Dad today and noticed these damaged cases. I have 3 magazines. 1 Taurus 1 Novaks and 1 Kimber ( that does not seat well ). Next time out I will see if it is just from 1 mag, ...
