Re: buy/sell on this forum?

Re: Buffer tube on AR pistol

ATF doesn't care which buffer tube you use, as it is not considered a "stock." As said above, just make sure you don't have any stocks floating around "ready to accidentally fall on your pistol."

Re: Just asking, MN DNR definition of an AR-15 pistol?

hopkins wrote:listen very carefully!! TWENTY SIX INCHES

All you have done is create a rifle with a LOP of 13 inches and an illegally short barrel. Where in pistol nomenclature do you hear length of pull??

It's called "overall length"

Re: Carbine pistols: AR vs AK

The only AR15 I own, the first I've built, is in a pistol configuration solely because of the Sig brace. While waiting for a Sig brace, I used a single point sling and would "tighten up" the rifle, cough, pistol, cough, by pulling it tight against my body. It was far more accurate, however...

Re: Hello once again

Welcome!

I'm on a lot of local forums for various hobbies, and it seems there is a big shift to Facebook. Not very forum-esk and good luck seatching a topic more than a few days old... but it seems the current trend.

Re: Waiting for permit to purchase in Lakeville!

I know Bill's Gun Shop and Range has an introduction to handguns course that includes everything you need - a gun to use, ammo, targets, hearing and eye protection, for about $100 per shooter. Once you're comfortable operating a handgun, you can rent one (or a few) of the many handguns Bill's has. I...
