Re: JP Rifles AR15 Trigger Springs

Nice thread: I was doing some cold weather shooting with the AR during our last little arctic dip. I had previously installed TTI Yellow Tavern Reduced springs in the fire control group. I was plagued with light primer hits. I mistakenly thought it ws due to my ammo choice of Soviet Union Steelies; ...

Re: Good news about S&W service on M-41

To bring closure here: The new barrel on the old frame was taken down to BPR for bench rest sight -in. All 10s and 10xs at 25 yards! It looks like I ended up with a truly accurate spare barrel. In the meantime, I snatched up an antique 7" barrel for this combo to round out the package. The one ...

Re: Using 4 cavity Lyman mold with Lee Pro 20 furnace?

Go with LEE 6-cavity moulds and put those iron Dinosaurs away, oiled to beat hell. Lee's are light and you will find that they go better with bigger furnace. I cast so fast with the little Lee production pot, that I have to have two furnaces on and a second set of moulds for a different cal. plus a ...

Re: AR-15's and GSG's

Would appreciate what the working price is for the cheapest lower you sell. Dpms used to be 109 with tax, and understand they get more at the shows. I am building a pair of 6450 Clones and need lowers soon.

Re: AR-15 Parts On Craig's List

Model-1 sales has the 7" AR-15 barrel, totally legal on a pistol receiver. But, you'll have to get the curled pigtail gas tube to time it for extraction. I think I like the 9mm blow-back CAR-15 better, but mine is a 16". That way, no cleaning nightmares out in the field!

Re: Dillon 550 or 650??

Just bought a 550 and don't like it. With it not being a fully progressive press, I do not consider it a high production machine. The machine has too close quarters design, requiring fast, thin articulated hands/wrists to do the yank, thrust, push, grab, sweep, thumb and yank on this toy. The 550 ha...
