MN DL, PTC or PTP and bill of sale. A lot of people don’t bother with a bill of sale. I want a record of who I sold a gun to in case the gun I sold is ever used in a crime.

Your UT. permit will still work in MN. but don't forget to notify UT. of your change of Address. You will not be able to renew your UT. permit without your new MN. resident permit. To make a handgun purchase in MN. from a dealer will require a MN. carry permit or a purchase permit from your sheriff...
