It is not iffy at all. Until last December I lived in Atlanta. In fact I commute back there every weekend to see the wife and kids. Ga law is very clear and he was well within his rights to use his firearm.

I am in Minneapolis but did not post a location cause I travel a lot and really do not care where it is at! I drove to WI few weeks ago so have no issues with location since I want to learn about this state.
