UPDATE: Trigger sale, all of them

When I ordered the 2S model from them before, I do not recall seeing the single stage 1S even listed. Is that something that comes and goes or did I just miss it?

LF recommendation for Glock Armorer near Wadena or Baxter

It's normal to feel the hangup when riding the slide. You need to replace the recoil spring for the problem when firing. You can get recoil springs from the Glock web site store for $5.00. Brownell, and MudwayUSA have them for like $7.50. Great advice. I would also pick up a chamber brush https://w...

1911s

You can find a Dan Wesson for the price of some of those Sigs and quality and fit of a DW is considerably higher. If you do not mind a bit more recoil, check out the Vigil model with lightweight frame. Great carry option in commander or CCO size.

1911s

My first 1911 was the S&W E Series that has been trouble free with any ammo I tried in it. It has a long list of features for the price, so seems like a good value to me. It does not have bullseye accuracy. After that I have gone through a few Springfields. All were reliable with FMJ and that is...

Concealed carry choices

OP, if you are leaning towards a Glock 43 I would suggest you take a close look at 43X as well. Just a bit larger but easier and more pleasant to shoot (at least for me) plus extra rounds in the magazine. I would also suggest to carry the Shield you have for 3-4 months before buying similar guns. As...

Some dudes think their stuff is gold

One guy here had a Shield 9mm up for trade a couple of years ago. I had just bought one when S&W had the $75 rebates on them which, combined with a sale price, meant the gun was selling for $224.99. My brother-in-law missed that sale but wanted one at the time, so I messaged the guy about his S...

Some dudes think their stuff is gold

Luckily this forum barely has any active members, so skipping through an overpriced For Sale ad or two is quick :)

Seriously though, I wonder if anybody tried to offer these folks a fair market price and what response they received.

Modern Sportsman opening a Range in Burnsville

Virtual range is kind of interesting. I could see doing that again. - Tried couple of games only, there were a bunch of options. The game I found more interesting had a bit of a slow pace and I did not see an option to speed it up. - System started to give misreads a bit once we put a bunch of holes...

1911 sight install

I tend to do it myself or send to Dawson Precision, but I have contacted Ahlman’s before and they were more than willing to install a set I bought online.

If you end up finding and using somebody local, please share your experience.

safe cracking

I know the chances of this helping are super slim, but if the lock is mechanical have you tried drowning it in something like WD40 and letting it sit a day or so?
