The better question is what could possibly go right ? Like saving lives when a crazed shooter attacks innocent students and teachers who heretofore had no legal way to defend themselves are able to return fire. In MN state colleges can ban students and employees with permits from carrying on campus....

Because if it is in the final version then the statement that "North Dakota permit to carry a pistol in Minnesota recognition. " would appear to be a special case of reciprocity recognized by Minnesota.

The law that will affect me the most is the likelihood of reciprocity with North Dakota.

Did HR 305 pass on the vote on Thursday ? I haven't been able find if that happened .
