Also, until you figure it out, I wouldn't load more than three rounds in any mag, or let anyone else shoot it. I would clean it and troubleshoot myself before sending it back too.

Plus, without the mag release in the gun, or the slide on the gun, look down into the magwell as you insert the full and empty magazines. You should be able to see immediatley where the magazines are rubbing inside the grip.
