Hahaha yikes. Realized last night that I couldn't even use it b/c you need to shoot it with a high-power rifle and I only have handguns and a .22. But when I eventually do go I'll make sure to triple check that its state land.

My sister bought me some tannerite for Christmas and I need a place to shoot it (aka not at a range). Any suggestions for good spots not too far north of Duluth? (The closer to Pike Lake the better)

I think I've got it figured out, I just didn't realize that full mags with the slide closed put downward pressure on the mag. Pushing up on the bottom of the mag solves the problem. Thanks!

Longtime shooter, but only recently obtained my carry permit and purchased my first firearm due to my age. Originally from Duluth and living in the twin cities for school.

I wasn't "playing" with the gun. I just bought it yesterday so I was inspecting it to make sure rounds cycled properly and that the gun was all in proper working order. And for the record I wasn't doing this with a round in the chamber.
