Re: Wrongful death suit against Kyle Rittenhouse allowed to proc

Huber alleged that Rittenhouse, who was 17 at the time of the shootings, conspired with police to harm the protesters. Rittenhouse said he went to Kenosha from Illinois to help keep order. :rotf: :rotf: :rotf: How about holding the city, county and state governments accountable for ordering the pol...

Re: Wrongful death suit against Kyle Rittenhouse allowed to proc

So does Rittenhouse get to counter sue the family for raising a low life scumbag that hit him with a skateboard or no?

Re: Are they really that dumb

They may not think it will reduce crime, but they're certain it will inconvenience gun owners. And the harder you make it to legally own a gun, the fewer gun owners there will be. And always remember - they're goal isn't a world without guns, it's a world without gun owners. Gotta have something to...

Re: Question about autosears

Incidentally, recently they were in the news in Columbus OH, when ATF director Steve Dettelbach had this to say: “Those weapons are as Congress said unusually dangerous. They're for the military and the government. The Founding Fathers would be rolling in their graves to hear that the modern viewpo...

If it weren't for the ambiguity it would be far more difficult to engage in the sort of politically-motivated selective prosecution that is the motivation for all of this.

That’s a bingo!

Really? Glad to hear a lawyer providing free legal advice on the interwebs.

Not a lawyer, but I actually read the document

So did I. As well as several reviews by lawyers. The ambiguity is quite significant in said document.

Re: New ATF final ruling: Pistol (Brace) vs SBR

This is incorrect. A brace can be installed on a rifle with a 16" barrel, according the compliance criteria. Therefore they cannot prosecute you for posessing a brace. They also state in the same criteria that a brace must be rendered inoperable. They are contradicting themselves and that will...

Re: Feds finalize tighter regulations on gun stabilizing braces

As far as I can tell you're fine if you simply take the brace off. And it may take a few years winding its way through the courts but I'm pretty sure this will eventually be struck down as unconstitutional on one or more grounds. Correct. I think AFT is going to have a hard time in court given thei...
