Does anyone know how much difference the small base dies have over the full size dies for reloading 223 for an AR? A guy at cabelas told me i should be using small base dies for AR. Opinions?

Cabelas in Rogers has a lot of .223 PMC and some steel case. Just there a half hour ago. They got it in last night and still have a lot left. Just got back from cabelas ..
