Re: How to sell

If you've ever had the FBI show up and ask about a gun you've owned in the past, who you sold it to, do you have documentation to verify its legal sale, was it sold legally, did you ask the right questions of the buyer, you will be glad you have the bill of sale. A rifle I had in the past was used t...

You are 100% correct Sir - according to BATFE.

Re: LEGAL Firearm Transfers to Family Member

I just talked to Special Agent Meyer at MN office of BATFE. I need to take to a WI dealer for legal form 4473 transfer. Any WI FFL dealers here online? BATFE said 1 form would only be required for all firearms transfer. And that dealer would specify whether he needs to see guns physically, or whethe...

Re: Savage 110: What caliber/round to make it?

I have both 25-06's, heavy Varmit Special and Standard BDL, Remingtons. Both work very well for varmits, small to big. But to better replace your 30-06, I highly recommend the 280 Remington in the Ackley Improved version, a true "BeanField Rifle" !!! The variety of 7mm (0.284) bullets is a...

Re: M1A or AR.308?

M1a's are nice rifles!

But I love my AR-10's for larger predators.
Lighter, easier to handle, many options.

But BOTH are too powerful for Home Defense !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(you may end up shooting thru walls and hitting an innocent bystander/family/neighbor.)

HI and Welcome !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Shooting with the family is great fun, but be safe, very safe, boys that age are exciteable and may be difficult to control. Re: AR armorer/gunsmith?

sprgfan, Guarenteed perfect fit on your gun - I will even do it fror you. My son is left handed - so somewhat looking for a LH Stag Complete Upper for him. This could be a good trade for both of us. Standard pins - fits all my Bushmasters lowers just fine. Try it - if you don't like it, let me know.

Re: Second Saturday North Breakfast - 10 December

Can the tables be re-arranged to more of a round table discussion?
Rather than separate tables and separate groups?
And NAME TAGS with USERNAME be required?
You guys know who the New Guys are?
The New Guys know that everyone else are NEW GUYS too, to them.
Just a hopeful suggestion.
