Re: Second Saturday breakfast - 14 March

GRRC (Gopher Rifle and Revolver Club) has pulled it's table from the Gun Show in St. Paul this weekend. The email stated the volunteers would not be needed and it's due to Covid-19

Re: Electronic powder measure suggestions wanted

I have both the Chargemaster and a PACT Scale. I had the RCBS dispenser that went with the PACT Scale (had the scale years before the dispenser), but the dispenser part had a motor fail. I now use the Chargemaster to dispense, and the PACT scale to verify, and for weight sorting cases & bullets....

Re: Tristar Viper G2 in .410 bore.

I have a Tristar Raptor in 12 Ga and it has shot everything I've fed it. From 2 3/4" Low Brass target loads through 3" 00 Buckshot with zero issues. I did break it in by shooting about 2 boxes of 2/34" High Brass Bird loads. So far, I'm completely happy with it. I hope tey get yours s...

Done here as well. I'm not sure how much good it will do with my useless "reps" (they never seem to represent me nor my wife). :badmood:

Re: Reloading in 2020

I started in 2012 and my first reload was 30 Carbine. I still remember going to Bill's (Robbinsdale) with a friend, and firing that 1st round. I still have the case. I had the friends move behind me for that 1st round, hoping there wasn't a "Kaboom". Thankfully, the 1st round was a bullsey...

Re: new website find

Damn, I now know what I've been doing wrong - shooting at targets 25 to 40 yards away!!! I should be shooting groups at 5 yards with my Berettas. (As long as large targets are used. Not the 1/2" diameter adhesive dots I use for 600 yards with my RPR 338LM.) Aren't you using the same dots you w...
