Re: ATF agents investigating a straw purchase?

Most larger dealers today use a computerized 4473. How and where are those records kept?

Re: Armed bystander shot Greenwood Park Mall shooter in 15 sec.

I doubt Biden will give Elisjsha Dicken a "Presidential Medal of Freedom" as he just did to 17 recipients of which Giffords was a recipient. https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/statements-releases/2022/07/01/president-biden-announces-recipients-of-the-presidential-medal-of...

Re: Repeal the Pittman-Robertson Act?

If I remember correctly, a few years ago the MN DNR was found to be spending the money on non-approved conservation projects and ordered to cease using the money for those budgets. I do not believe they ever had to replace the monies.

My thoughts too. Not near downed officer. Not imminent threat.

Re: Pistol sights

For me it depends what my target is. Bullseye: plain flat black front post and rear notch. Both serrated. IPSC / IDPA: front red fiber optic, rear notch plain flat black serrated (maybe two rear green fiber optic). Carry gun: front tritium inside a white ring, rear notch with two tritium inside a wh...

Re: Watch our Press Conference at 4:00 PM TODAY re:2A Litigation

What criteria will prevent admission to the Fair?

Anything detected by the scan? Firearms? (Admitted if a P2C is shown?) Pocket knives? Nail clippers? Belt buckles? Same standard as used by the TSA?

Has a policy been stated anywhere?

Re: 10mm question on ammo and primers (old stuff)

I would think the Black Talons have significant collector's value since they had such a "bad" reputation and were made such a short time. Especially in 10 mm. I would save them and the boxes.

Re: MN Gun Owners Caucus + 3 Plaintiffs + Partners sue MN

I believe before the law was changed to "Shall Issue" in 2003, the minimum age was 18 for a permit to carry. Before the " May Issue" law passed in 1975, there was no permit reqiured to carry. If my memory is correct.
