Re: Stainless Media group buy?

What are the pro's and con's then compared to dry media tumbling? Does the SS media last forever or what? Con: takes longer than vibration tumbling Pro's: Yes, it lasts forever......except for if you dump it out and loose a bunch. It will be more bling than rugersol's brass Hope the cost is worth i...

I agree, but since I just spent gobs of money on my new dillon, I am a not in the market for the initial cost of start-up. I find it amazing that it will clean the inside of the cases just as well as the outside of the cases

Re: Reloading - Training - 1 on 1 Help.

How well does the steel media work with small caliber rifle cases? http://www.ar15.com/forums/t_6_42/344832_Wet_tumbling_with_SS_media__lots_of_pics__New_info_second_post_1_18_2012_.html http://i250.photobucket.com/albums/gg272/dryflash3/Wet%20Tumbling/P6010116.jpg h...

Re: 9mm load for any pistol

I don't understand, perhaps I am mistaken and inexperienced but 9mm is a known quantity and there are hundreds of loads published for it and I would be willing to bet they will work in just about any 9mm. Firing safely and cycling the action of a number of different pistols 100% of the time when th...

Re: First powder to try behind .224 77gr Sierra Match Kings?

I would recommend trying h335. I have used it with 62g sierra's in an 18" ar and it loves them. Haven't bought them in a while though

Re: Die setup for 9mm

I do option 2 on my dillon without the powder check.....with 9, you really don't need a powder check. You can see the powder in the die and if you double charged a case it would go everywhere. Lee factory crimp die all the way

Re: What's your favorite primer flip tray?

I have the cheep hornady flipper and it has always worked fine....my cousin has the metal dillon one. Works all the time too......just can't justify spending 20 bucks on the dillon one when the hornady I bought for 4 bucks is perfect too

Re: finally bought a progressive.......now what

Yeah....I'm excited to try 223. Charlie recomended getting a seperate tool head and putting just the deprimer/resizer in it. Do all your resizing then trim. Then put in the other tool head with the rest of the dies and go to town

Re: finally bought a progressive.......now what

Ruger.....got a 550b. I got it setup for 9mm and bought a conversion kit for 223. I was really going back and forth on the hornady vs the dillon, but ended up with what I have used at chucks house
