Since Safariland invented the "Levels" I stand corrected by plblark. Some holster makers and agencies use the levels as I describe them.

I'd side with the group that says you should be able to have a 9mm load for all of your 9s. That's assuming you don't have any that are fussy with ammo. Your OAL will be the issue.
