The fleetfarm in Brooklyn Park had 40Cal CCI Blaser Bass on Saturday, similar quantities. They had the Remington bulk pack 22LR as well.

I usualy refer to the Shilen site. My 243 has a Shilen crome-moly barrel in 1:10 twist. I didn't have much of a choice in the twist rate, it was a pre threaded short chambered barrel from either Midway or Brownells.

Metro Gun club in Blaine has an indoor .22 pistol league in the winter. I shot on the centerfire league last winter it was a lot of fun! You don't need to be a member to shoot on the league.
