Re: Red Flag?

One must remember, anything you say to a lawmen will be used against you in a court of law. The only words out of your mouth is “ I do not make any statements to police “, with no further explanation.

Re: Proposed Pennsylvania Bill Would Require Serialized Ammo, En

There will be a run on revolvers and speed loaders. Revolvers good, no brass to police. Empty brass into your hand, into your pocket.

Re: Do the gun grabbers ever go against their narrative?

So in your eyes when the guy in that Texas killed 7 people standing on the side of the road with his Range Rover you advocate suing the car company? The hammer company. The shovel manufacturer. See how foolish your position is. Most likely not.

Re: Curtilage, or your private(?) property

In Minnesota “ reluctant participant” needs to be remembered as one of the 4 pillars to the use of force and deadly force. The video enforces that. Thanks for posting.

Re: Liberals are trying to ban hunting — don't let them

Time to put wild life in these anti’s homes when they are out. Bet they call police to come shoot the bear in their living room. Stick a few skunks in the ring leader of these asshats homes. Yup. When the wildlife takes Fluffy off the end of the leash there will be war. When the mountain lion take ...

Re: New Gun Range "Range USA" Coming to MN?

There is Osseo Gun Club that’s not far. Bills Robinsdale not that far south. That locations most inherent down fall would be 94/252 highway coming from North Minneapolis. Their range rules could be a usage deterrent though. The place would need to be built better than Fort Knox. The other problem ar...

Re: New Gun Range "Range USA" Coming to MN?

Hopefully they won’t be as pricey as Stock &Barrel.
Edit: well looking at their website no bird shot or buck shot. $25 a month basic membership that is only good on weekdays. It appears that all of the memberships are only good on weekdays.

Re: How will Red Flag work? Asking again.

If you follow the (new)law that ALL firearms MUST be registered with the state. Including that potato gun. Law enforcement will know what to expect and what to look for. It will most likely be a felony if they find unregistered firearms disqualifying you for life to be in possession of a firearm or ...

Re: Feds finalize tighter regulations on gun stabilizing braces

I could see the BATFE eluding at least one of the points of contention by issuing disability waivers to those who demonstrate that they actually are disabled. That still means it has to be registered and what happens if they decide you aren't disabled enough to be granted a waiver? OR to disabled t...

Re: MDH going after Federal Cartridge

MDH went after Water Gremlin for lead. Now Federal. I would think that Federal would be testing those employees that deal with any of lead based parts on a regular basis. I was offered a welding job at a company that recycled automotive batteries. One of the requirements was testing every 6 months. ...
