Re: Your One Gun

Probably my Ruger 10/22 Takedown, maybe my Mossberg 500 depending on the scenario I guess.

If limited to a handgun, my Walther PPQ M1.

Re: We've All Done It

Re: StarTrib endorses Mills, expects he'll wise up on gun contro

I just find it odd that for how much he's pro 2A, it's (Fleet Farm) the only place I buy guns where I have to fill out their own additional form and be escorted out with my item(s).

Re: Minnesota resident - carry in North Dakota

I said the same thing pages ago lol. I believe what was referenced above was the requirement to get a permit, below is the reciprocity law which does not have the home state requirement. You can't get a ND permit with an out of state permit, only if your home state recognizes ND - that makes sense. ...

Re: Minnesota resident - carry in North Dakota

That's to get a ND permit, not to have reciprocity with a permit from another state.

And you're right, a MN resident cannot get a ND permit.

Re: Minnesota resident - carry in North Dakota

As I see it? No, as I've asked and received confirmation from multiple sources - as have USACarry and Handgunlaw.us

Have you contacted attorneys to address your concerns? I have. Twice.
Have you contacted a local Sheriff in ND? I have.
Have you contacted a state certified instructor in ND? I have.

Re: Minnesota resident - carry in North Dakota

I don't carry to prove a point, but if I go to ND I'll be carrying on an FL permit. And you are stating a position that would likely get someone ELSE arrested at worst. And with the political turmoil between MN and ND, I would rather NOT be that test case or see anyone else be that test case as wel...

Re: Minnesota resident - carry in North Dakota

The website paragraph doesn't trump the statute: 62.1-04-03.1. Reciprocity. Re: Gun clubs expand with growing number of high school trap sho

0 injuries - ever, I forget how many the others sports had.
Let's hope that number remains 0.

It's nice to see some of these old clubs coming back to life after being on the verge of getting closed down.
