I would. And have. I still have all of my fingers and a functional pistol. I too was skeptical reading all the KB banter but shooting factory loads I have had zero problems. There was a lot of Glock .40 KB talk back in the day and I have yet to personally witness one or know anyone personally that h...
Thanks I appreciate it. I'll probably buy a scope soon and plan to attend the orientation meeting. You might browse around here http://www.longrangehunting.com/forums/f40/index5.html and look at some used equipment. The scope you mention on there for $200 to your door. Probably plenty of other deal...
Pine City is the closest that I know of. Chengwatana State Forest has a designated shooting area. Only ever ridden past it, never shot there. I would be cognizant of trail riders and/or foresting going on in the area but otherwise it looks shootable. Definitely not fancy. Or a number of local outdoo...
If you're shooting outdoors fiber will stand out nicely. In a dimly lit indoor range they can be a little tougher to pick up but outdoors or under good lighting they can be very bright. I have Dawson on the front of my CZ and it shines like a small star.
I've put thousands through mine with no issues. Several hundred between cleaning on occasion with little fuss. I agree, send it back and see what they say.
A forgotten item. The light loads did not want to cycle an EMP fully to pick up the next round. They would eject fine but not grab the second round. Otherwise they worked fine in a variety of XD, Glock, M&P, and CZ 9mm pistols.
I'll own up.......I have bought and shot a few thousand 9mm rounds from him. At the height of the ammo scare (maybe still there) he had it when nobody else did. He had a smoking deal at the time. I can't think of maybe 2-4 rounds that stove piped, however I've had that happen with factory ammo at le...
I got some ultramax back in 2009 that was pretty decent .223. I wonder if the supply crunch has just gotten so bad that they use whatever they can get? I too have used them in 223 and was always very pleased with their ammo. In fact it was the most accurate ammo I ran through that particular rifle.
I have an older bushnell 1000 and it has worked well for me for coming up on 15 years. Used mine mostly for prairie dogs. Beyond 800 it is very tough to range something that small (even the mound was tough) without a tripod. Up to there it was pretty effective. Never ranged anything real world shoot...
Have the Target and its been great. Quite possibly the most accurate handgun I own with me shooting it. I can only think of one failure and it was to feed and it was round specific as it wouldn't feed that exact round 3 times in 2 mags but all others were fine out of both mags. I have 3 Sig mags and...
Some do and some don't. The Walmart in lakeville sells long guns however here in the cities I've not run across one. I picked up my 870 at Walmart in Hudson because it was cheaper than anywhere else even used. That being said if its a store that sells long guns you may in fact find one with the colt...
