If this is true it's scary

Yeah, but what snopes won't tell you is that soros bought not only snopes, and most of the internets, but the entire tinfoil industry as well. This is worse than anybody knows.

Drawing from holster at the range?

Ryan S wrote:Just wondering if anybody knows of a rang(s) where yoh can draw from a holster? Specifically courious about beaverbrook in ham lake, or forest lake gun club? If anybody has any info it would be a great help.

Re: outdoor public range? / battle creek area?

The only Ramsey Cty buildings in that area are the Correctional Facility, and Boys Totem Town. As my brother's had a home for over 20 yrs. nearly across the street from the RCCF, if there were an outdoor shooting facility on the grounds,(doubtful given the population density,) It would have been hea...

Re: Shooting your neighbor's dog

Lots of animal haters on here, it would seem. :( Oh, well. I guess given the way I feel about human children most of the time, fair's fair. I believe here that the angst comes from someone who possesses a domesticated animal, and twice or more during the day they open the door and let that animal r...

Re: Shooting In Brooklyn Center

"...The elder Bascomb told police that he and has son were drinking rum-and-Cokes. He estimated having six drinks.

At some point, the father continued, he and his son decided to take apart the gun and put it back together...."

Sadly, now there can be but one outcome...

1911 in .40

What is everyones favorite 1911 in .40? I was oogling a Colt Combat Elite today at a local gun shop and the more I think about it the more I want to skip it and save up for a 1911 in .40. I would primarily use it for target and USPSA SIngle Stack. I have looked at the STI Trojan. Does anyone else m...

Permit holder kills mugger in S. Minneapolis!

I don't see how our opinions and reactions will have any affect on the legal course of events. I do, however, see how Heather Martin and folks like her could find something we say and twist it around and use it to their advantage. This will happen regardless of what is, or isn't posted here. A revi...

Re: Grip Chop on XD

Isn't that the standard compact grip height with the extension making it the tactical grip height? That doesn't look to be the same height as my SC does. I don't quite understand your question; In 45 ACP, with a 5" barrel, there are two grip/ capacity options: 10 rd (compact)and 13 rd(Tactical...

Re: Grip Chop on XD

Would it not be simpler to buy a factory gun with the caliber, barrel length, and grip size you want? Off the top of my head I can't think of a caliber/ barrel length XD combo SA doesn't offer with a compact grip. Last time I checked only the XDSC(3"), XD Compact(4"), or XDM Compact (3.8&...
