I'd keep the glock and dump the XDM. I'm not familiar with the emp but it's nice to have a couple of different carry options and I like the idea of being able to carry a g27 with a flush or pinky mag but then carry a larger capacity mag for a backup.

I was just in Seattle in June over father's day weekend and was up on capital hill not far from the whole CHOP zone area. Was no big deal. Very welcoming city. Walked most everywhere and never had an issue. Would totally visit Seattle before I'd dream of going downtown Minneapolis anytime soon.
