Titanium is frequently used in suppressors, I don't think you have anything to worry about, lol.

There are some SWS CR-15's at a couple shops, Atomic for sure and Bills might get some, also above what you want to spend.

Check to see if your barrel nut is properly torqued. There is no way that barrel deflected that far by resting on it.

Clean it, then see how it shoots.
