Interesting. I just got a response for a quote from State Farm stating that they require descriptions AND serial numbers to insure firearms.

My current company only wants make/model and replacement cost and I'm not comfortable with that. Might have to suck it up though.

I'm not positive that SCAPSA will allow #6 shot. It used to be no bigger than 7.5.
