persons authorized to carry a pistol under section 624.714 while in a motor vehicle It is right there.... Don't read too much into it. If you are in the car you are good to go. Lakeville took 14 days from submission to arrival via USPS for me when I applied. I thought that was funny because when I applied for my PTC it took Dakota County 13 days, and there was a holiday in that time frame.
