1. Your extractor is too tight. As this always happens on the last round in the mag, the mag spring is just about out of ooomph. http://www.triggerwork.net/ - Bill does good work, fast, and reasonably priced. I had him rework a stock LPK trigger for my 3-gun rifle. It's nice.

BTW - I have a Geissele SSA on the way for another AR.

I haven't really kept up on this whole deal. What kind of tumbler do I need to do this type of tumbling?
