SOLD: Berry's 9mm 115gr plated

SOLD Tried these and didn't like the recoil pulse, so I'm selling what I have left. Counted them on the scale at work and there are 786 in the box. These list for $85/1000 so I'll sell this quantity for $60. Able to meet near Shakopee or Edina. I'll also be shooting league at Burnsville on Thursday ...

Re: My own USPSA target maker

Good suggestion on the A zone outline. I was cheating to help me sight in a rifle at 200yds, I figured I needed all the help I could get.

Re: My own USPSA target maker

There are 30 cans of paint on the shelf, so I should have actually used more paint. I was already altering the look of the targets by using colors, so I didn't want to alter the profile as well by only doing an outline. I don't know of it affects anything but I'm going to strive for making my traini...

Re: My own USPSA target maker

The paper at work is huge so reducing it in scale isn't as useful to me. Here's today's final product, burning up whatever spray paint is leftover.

My own USPSA target maker

I work at a printing company so I have access to literally tons of paper. I figured I'd leverage that by creating my own USPSA targets to practice with. I decided to make a stencil of the target itself and then of the lower A zone. I'll just lay these stencils over a sheet of paper then spray paint ...

Re: Evil Black Rifle photo thread

Finished up my rifle build, it's competition orientated so I went with a 20" barrel and a 15" Noveske rail.

My group buy 9mm bullets

Looking to give up my place in the first Precision Delta group buy. I ordered 2,000 147gr 9mm bullets for a total of $214. I'll give up that order for $200.

Re: Burnsville Pistol Range Practical Pistol Winter League

Stage 1

Stage 2

Lots of fun tonight, thanks to the RO's and scorers for keeping things moving and safe. The altered scoring was an interesting twist as well.

Re: MGFC/MN3GG 2-Gun Match Announcement - Saturday 11/16/2013

What are the general target ranges for the rifle targets? I haven't shot an AR in over a year, I'm going to need to practice.

Re: Xcel Energy Center - Wild games

I went last night and got wanded. I carried my 2AA flashlight and a box cutter in my back pockets, and my set of keys in my front pocket of my jeans. Nothing beeped but I did leave my carry knife in the car.

Re: MGFC/MN3GG 2-Gun Match Announcement - Saturday 11/16/2013

My main goal is to not have to do a mag dump on a target to finish a stage and be safe when I transition between rifle and pistol. Aside from that, I'll be making things go bang so it will be a fun time.

Yeah .223 magazines, thanks Jomar. I'm a lefty but that shouldn't matter with those, should it? Do you wear gloves when you shoot?

Re: MGFC/MN3GG 2-Gun Match Announcement - Saturday 11/16/2013

Someone want to bum me some rifle pouches for this? Any other gear I'd need to borrow, I have all of my pistol stuff for shooting USPSA. I can buy you a beer or something for the hassle.

I've never shot 3 gun and this sounds like a good way to see if I'd like it, albeit it probably being super cold.

SOLD: 16" 9mm AR BCG

Realized that it'll take me too long to finish my 9mm AR project, so I'll just go 5.56 and get the thing done. I bought the bolt carrier new and the barrel used. Willing to trade for 5.56 BCG or barrel. The parts are in my car now, able to meet near Edina or Shakopee. SOLD - New, unfired Rock River ...
