Re: The Nuge schools Piers Morgan on Gun Control.......

What I do disagree with is your attitude that there are two ways to do everything. There's your way and the wrong way. There are likely many ways to do things, some are more effective than others. Talk to some people on the fence after they see that interview and see which way his antics cau...

Re: The Nuge schools Piers Morgan on Gun Control.......

That was awesome. He mopped the floor with Morgan. I think you watched a different interview than I. He made sure we looked like the crazies the liberals portray us to be. Can we not get a spokesperson that shows that we are not all loonies with tinfoil hats living in bunkers? Sorry, I didn't see a...

Re: OGC Short Range

Why was it closed? There was concern (not sure if fact or perception) that something (not sure if jackets, rocks, or what) where ricochetting out of the short range over into the 25. Got closed, then opened in the spring because some thought it was closed due to ice concerns, then reclosed right aw...

Re: OGC Short Range

What is the story on it reopening? OGCers? I know why it was closed, just had not heard what came of it that it reopened (missed the last memeber meeting).

Re: Minimum Pistol Caribre for Bear

Not sure if this is the correct forum. My wife and I are thinking about a trip up north of the cities, I was thinking about bears (TY Channel 2 Nature Special :S ) and what would be the minimum calibre for self-protection? Best I can do at the moment is a H&K USP .40 Calibre and Taurus snub .37...

Re: St. Croix County shooting range ordered closed

Has anyone asked yet if they could pick up the brass on their properties?

Re: National, Politically Active Gun groups

I really think that the NRA is the base. Meaning, other groups are great and I am in no way 100% happy with them, but they are the national org that makes it happen. I have no problem with a club requiring NRA membership and to require membership but allow other non-NRA memberships as an alternate i...

Re: Depp's new Lone Ranger movie to reverse roles

real or not - Can't we leave things alone? The good news is, as you say, its just a movie, so I don't have to be subjected to it. I suspect those who object have problems with the constant "ear flicking" of "popular culture". Its annoying that there are people so bored and so an...

Pretty certain the Lone Ranger was not real. I will double check my facts though. ;)
