Re: Cree LED light bulbs (Home Depot)

I tried bringing the printout in, no go. Apparently some stores are getting reimbursed by the electric company, not the case down here. :( I just ordered 10 through the Maplewood store. From what I read, I assume showing them a DL, and the email on my phone should work. Anyone have advice to the co...

Re: Cree LED light bulbs (Home Depot)

Anytime. I set mine for pickup, so 10 for sure.

I may try to buy 10 also.

I love them outside. CFLs suck in the cold...by the time they light up it's dawn.

Re: ‘Gun’ Tattoo Brings Heavily Armed Police to Home

Re: Mn state statues on rifle length

It's also perfectly legal on a pistol lower, no? If it were ONLY 14.5" on a pistol lower, yes. But at 16", it becomes a rifle barrel. Interesting. It doesn't apply to me, but I was not aware the barrel had that affect. I thought it had more to do with having a stock or not. Granted, since...

No worries. It totally explains why you reacted to my post as you did.

Re: Ares Armor and Build Parties

TURNER informed UC#1 that UC#1 would have to drill five holes in the AR-15 blank, and then EMILIANO CORTEZ would mill the remainder to complete the receiver. If the employee actually did the work, rather than instructing the person renting time on the machine on how they can do the work, then the e...

Re: Ares Armor and Build Parties

From the link cited in the original post: EMILIANO CORTEZ would mill the remainder to complete the receiver. .... EMILIANO CORTEZ would finish the receiver within the next hour and a half. So, a guy at the counter basically hand-held the undercover agent through the steps involved in turning an 80%...

Yes, and it is my understanding they were. Not that 80% lowers are illegal, but turning them into firearms for a charge is. Not to mention the illegal immigrant that is a convicted felon was the one doing the work.

Re: Ares Armor and Build Parties

I beg to differ, vigorously. Up until the ATF illegally entered ARES armor, 80% lowers were legal, according to the ATF. Whether any individual agrees or disagrees, isn't consequential. You may be begging, but you aren't saying anything to contradict what I said. As far as I know, they are still le...

Re: Ares Armor and Build Parties

Well, after reading the article...busting the LGS that was breaking the law likely will open floodgates. Let's be realistic here. An 80% lower has two very specific markets, at least in my opinion. Knowing that, there is now a way to "need" to cross reference customer lists to look for pro...

Re: WHY???

I'll play: I grew up in the burbs. There were zero guns in my childhood. When I was 15 I found the gun my dad had disassembled at my mom's request. High standard 22...wish I still had it BTW. I am good at putting things together, and I did. It really wasn't far from ready. Mom hated guns. She warmed...
