Anyone want to lend me $2K?

That is slick. You can build something very similar with the same aftermarket parts and a Cerakote job.

Where can I get a Springfield champion loaded here in the cities?

You may need to call around. Most every shop sells Springfield. Don't forget Southwest Arms.

Help me decide

Get the 19. It will end up replacing your 27 and P95. You need to practice with your carry gun. The 19 will make that much easier.

reloading sabot slugs?

What's your goal? Better accuracy than factory? Saving money? Just because?

I would not reload something I'd only shoot 10-20 rounds a year. You may shoot more slugs than that. I don't.

Craigslist meeting turns fatal in Lake Mary, FL

At face value, the good guys won this one. I do have a hunch that there is more to the story.

What makes one AR better than another?

All these threads do is stir up cheap people calling other people "elitest" and people with good gear calling cheap people idiots. It's never a healthy discussion.

Re: What makes one AR better than another?

If you care enough, you'll search info already out there. Or start buying them, break or deal with problems yourself and you'll now. I'm not sure if you are referring to me as the OP. If you are, you have no idea what research I've done. I thought it would be healthy to have the discussion here and...

What makes one AR better than another?

It often comes up on this board that some believe Bushmaster, DPMS, and Rock River (and others) are junk. They are not for serious use. You are lucky if they run at all and can hit the broad side of a barn. Those that make that claim usually suggest that one purchases a Noveske or BCM. They say thos...

Springfield Champion Loaded would be a suggestion well within your price range. You can get slim grips too.

Re: And from SS's Little Shop of Horrors...

Could the case mouth and primer issues be unrelated? Perhaps the case mouth deformity was a stove pipe? IDK
