Springfield Armory Customer service is the best!

I e-mailed them about a week ago about a left handed holster for my new XD40. Dawn e-mailed me back the next day, and said she would mail out a left handed paddle holster to me for free! Just needed to know my serial #, address, and a copy of the e-mail she sent me. I just received it this afternoon...

Re: .22 pistol

I have a Ruger MRKIII 22/45. Great pistol. Even better once you get the MRKII parts kit in it and get rid of the magazine disconnect.

IDPA action pistol match.

Every Tuesday at the Hibbing gun range. I'm gonna check it out today, and see what it's all about. Got an invite from my PTC instructor. So it should be fun.

My XD40 Service model in OD Green with V10 porting

I've owned this gun for about a week, and I can say I love it! Huge XD fan. Can't wait to get my other two back from evidence so they can meet their new "loud" brother... http://i1081.photobucket.com/albums/j341/ahanson0825/Guns%20and%20Knives/IMG_0497.jpg http://i1081&...

Re: New firearm in hand, headed to the range

Congrats on the new SR9. I owned an SR9C for a while and it was a great gun. Only thing I wasn't a fan of was the magazine disconnect. But if you do some research on the internet that can be fixed.

Re: Walmart resuming gun sales

Both the Walmart in Hibbing, and Grand Rapids MN have guns. I've bought from both in the pass. Never had a problem. But now that the L&M Fleet Supply has their FFL they have become my new "Gun Store". I've bought several guns from them just because they have the best Prices... Smith an...

Re: HF 1467- The most important update to MN gun law since MCPPA

I would love to see this bill pass too. The Mayor of Hibbing MN was assaulted Friday night. Him, and a friend were attacked by three men. I don't believe either one was a PTC holder. Even if they were the attack happened so fast I don't think they could of done anything even if they had PTC. And the...

Target practice at the "coffee grounds".

Last Friday I went shooting with my friend Amanda at the "coffee grounds". It's a mine dump by her house where the shooting area we shoot at looks like coffee grounds... We parked her Jeep at the gate, and walked up to the shooting grounds. I really need to invest in a good drag bag. We ea...

Re: Shooting lawsuit charges Gander MT with negligence

I visited the Gander MT in Duluth today. Saw their sign that they allow PTC holders in the store. But I'm not sure I would buy anything from them. Selection wasn't the best, and everything was way over priced! A Taurus TCP same model I bought at my local fleet store was FULL RETAIL at Gander... $339...

Re: An official, State Gun?

Since Magnum Research, and DPMS are both in MN I think we should have either a AR, or a Desert Eagle as our state gun.

Re: Ok, who squealed?

I read about this on my other gun forum. I would of loved to have gotten my UT permit at the same time that I did my MN permit, but my instructor doesn't do the UT permit anymore. My friend currently has a UT permit, but not a MN permit. She plans on taking the MN permit next spring when her UT perm...
