Re: Looking for a new Trap gun.

From experience - the article was wrong. I was shooting 18's even 20's with my synthetic 870, nothing great but I enjoyed it. So I got cocky and bought a 'trap gun' to get me to the next level. My scores plummeted to 14, 15, 16... ended up having to add a center bead and adjustable comb, etc. just t...

That's the issue I have with it, especially when it comes from law enforcement.

Carry permit is easier, it's one less word. ;)

Re: Olmsted County Sheriff Race - Kevin Torgerson

I find it ironic that Scott is concerned about education, when he himself refers to it as a "concealed carry law", he could benefit from some training on the subject himself, or at least call it what it is because he sounds uneducated on the subject when he does that.

Re: Mpls Permit holder involved in fatal shooting.

Where are people getting these magical conceal and carry permits? Sorry, but with the Stewartville incident yesterday and KAAL reporting the same, I'm getting annoyed.

Re: Stewartville man cited for school carry

Law enforcement wasn't involved or even contacted until after the incident was done and over, he was escorted out and contacted later on.

There are two separate incidents in the PB article.

Re: Stewartville man cited for school carry

Parent carried into school, bus driver saw his 'concealed' gun and called the school. Dad was there to pick up his kid, got escorted out and the police were notified. Upon review of the evidence he was charged with a misdemeanor. No victims, never were going to be any, just a useless law broken. The...

Re: 9 year old girl shoots instructor with uzi

I was thinking the same thing... while it's a very sad incident, it certainly isn't common - yet they'll make some law over it.
