We have long argued for better/expanded access to mental health care in Minnesota - generally behind the scenes at the Capitol but it crops up in our testimony as well.

I don't see this holding up on appeal given that the court called out sensitive places such as government buildings in Bruen, but we'll see what happens when it is appealed.

For what it's worth, the ACLU of Minnesota submitted written testimony and testified against several gun control bills this past legislative session, including UBCs and Red Flag Gun Confiscation.
