That's the one. It has the cutouts where the pistol grip goes. ^^ that must be the "gen 4" one or something.

Re: cast "alloy" AR lowers?

A shaft spinning a big ass fan doesn't take more abuse than a AR lower :D

Re: cast "alloy" AR lowers?

The dies look rough though. Notice the rings around the selector and rear pin holes. I don't buy that those are for reinforcement. The one we assembled last weekend was a lot nice than that. Not sure if the pictures is a prototype one that they just snapped a picture of for Brownells or what. Thank...

Re: cast "alloy" AR lowers?

Actually just put together one of these MAG lowers for a buddy. They are actually quite nice lowers. The sand cast one that I had, like FJ said isn't much better of quality over the poly ones. But I wouldn't be afraid to use one of these MAG ones. I think the MSRP of those used to be $250 so, $220 i...

Re: ati lowers $69 in stock

BTW, why not order these factory direct? GWACS has most inventory all the time ready to ship from their online store. Because they can be bought in Bloomington and you're supporting small local businesses. They will also most likely be cheaper to buy from Atomic as well. (after you figure in shippi...

Re: AR pistol build

Looks great! Could you maybe explain why the PWS is so much better than others? I have been planning on a pistol build that would eventually be an SBR and have been looking at those tubes but have a hard time justifying the price. Phase 5 tactical has pistol tubes for $50 or so. I got a good deal o...
