Re: FIRE MISSION: Protect MN needs some friends on their events

Why would you want to do something that will call attention to these losers? Just posting on their wall alerts your friends to the activity. Do you want to risk a friend of yours that is on the fence going there and being swayed into being an anti by their gumdrops and lollipops view of how the wor...

Re: A few more bills....

#298 (the local regulations one) has got to be put in there for Minneapolis. Isn't that exactly what they were asking for in their 'legislative session wish list' they put together last week?

What a ambiguous blob of crap that wording is. It would let a city do whatever they wanted. Ugh.

Re: the new panic... hr 241

When will this be voted on, passed failed ect. When will we know? I read in one of the posts where people reprinted responses from their legislators where one of them said something along the lines of "all of these bills are going to be laid over and combined into an omnibus 'Gun Violence Prev...

Re: So I let 5 relatively new shooters try an AR15 on Saturday..

My entire family has joined the NRA in the last month at my recommendation. So I am at 6. I also bought a $10 NRA gift membership for friend of mine that falls inline with the gun-grabber mentality. We joke around with each other a lot. He still has not mentioned anything to me so I assume the NRA ...

HF.241 is still listed on the Wednesday agenda on the committee's web page:

Re: Has your gun club contacted you about upcoming bans?

Mine is a rather large club (500+ members, named in one of the above posts) and I had not heard a thing from them by mid January. I contacted the board and urged them to send communication, which they did promptly. The boards of most of these clubs are made up of ordinary folks with jobs, kids, and ...

Re: Serious questions from gun owner re registration, other laws

To talk about this push for gun control and gun elimination in terms of 'preventing death' or 'preventing violence' is itself a red herring. If anyone in society wanted to truly make an impact by reducing deaths in the US then looking at violence, murder or guns is simply the wrong place to focus. F...

Re: A Warning To You All

Holland&Holland wrote:I guess you can not read then. The original post made statements of gay marriage. My question is what does that have to do with gun control?

I guess I can't read either then, because I don't see what you are talking about in the OP. The OP was about the anti's and their true intentions.

Re: the new panic... hr 241

Just remember that Klobouchar has nothing to do with the Bill in committee here in MN. You need to contact your local reps for that as well as the Public Safety Committee members. There is a good concentrated Call To Action from Nutnfancy for the federal side. Linked here: http://youtu.be/SsoTOwlPX...

Re: A Warning To You All

There is far more at stake here than many realize. I have been a supporter of the Second Amendment not only because of my ownership of guns, but also because of the light that this issue sheds on the mindset of our opponents. The authors of these bills, Hausman, Hornstein and the rest dislike guns,...
