Re: Coulter endorses Hilary over McCain

How anyone ANYONE can ever think Hillary would be good for this country is completely beyond me. The woman is flat out nuts, a mellon head. An IQ of 130 wrapped around the common sense of Limulus polyphemus with the behavioral patterns of Galeocerdo cuvier. Thats a horse shoe crab, which has no dis...

Re: Fiocchi ammo question

What firearm was it? I've got some south american .45ACP that shoots fine in any 1911, in my Ruger P90 about one round per magazine fails to fire (it always goes off on the second hit), and a friend's Glock won't fire them at all. It's good ammo but with very hard military primers. What sort of malf...

Re: Why hunt coyotes?

I've talked to a couple of the six teams that South Dakota has flying around shooting coyotes, back when I flew in SD a lot. One of them figured that he'd shot about 25,000 coyotes and 5,000 fox in the last 25 years, and told me that all they were doing is breeding smarter coyotes. When you put the ...

Re: OK, if a CRASH happened

At home it would have to be the Ruger P90 in .45 (not my carry gun which is a S&W 642 or Keltec P3AT)
Long gun would have to be the Mossberg 500 with the social barrel. The 50 BMG might suffer from a little over penetration!

The .455 Webley wouldn't be a bad choice either!

Re: Libertarian Purity Test

British Rail is another horrible example, it's semi worthless now. Ahhh…, DBB? ÖBB? Best spinach soufflé I’ve ever eaten was in the dining car on the ÖBB between Salzburg and Innsbruck. So if that doesn’t get your “Geil,” I don’t know what possibly could. We spent a couple of weeks using ...

Re: Libertarian Purity Test

33 for me! The "Pure" version makes for interesting fiction, "The Moon is a Harsh Mistress" being the best of the bunch, but the "Party" will never be a serious contender. They do like their purity tests though. My current bad example of privatization is the mess the FA...

Re: What does everyone shoot?

Mossberg 500 with 18" social, 24" deer barrel and 28" bird barrel Enfield SMLE rechambered to .410 (It originally shot unnecked .303 brass shot shells...try buying those!) Remington 870 20 ga youth model (my wifes gun) Winchester 97 pump with repro trench gun shroud/bayonet mount. Two...
