Bought me a 300 blackout upper for this rifle. Found out I had about 200 rounds of 300 blackout ammo I had bought for a pistol build that never happened. So now I have a platform to at least shoot it from now.

I had a TC compass with a 22" barrel in 6.5 creedmoor that shot well. I will most likely keep this as a truck gun with shots well under 300 yards. My HS precision Savage model 10 is my long range shooter.

From what I hear at work, some of it is the inability of new owners to get in and register for permits to purchase. Lots of new owners wanted them “now” and with COVID, LE agencies were not eager to deal with permitting. Ammo availability is hurting turning new owners into shooters. Someone correct...
