Re: BPR today & PPS random whining

I've got a PPS M2 and love it. Shoots like a dream and fits me better than the 43. To each there own, I've got a 27 I'd trade for a second PPS any day. I'm not anti-Glock, I have 34 MOS and shoot it great, just not a fan of their compacts.

Re: Entry Level Semi-Auto Shotgun?

Look at a CZ, MSRP is under $700 and retail is much better.

Re: Restricted buyer

Most of you really don't get the issue. As far as MYOB - I don't give a flying F about the guy or his girl friend. But I do care about the charity - I support them financially and believe in their cause. They are not gun folks so I suspect they are ignorant of the details and the FFL they used is is...

Re: Restricted buyer

It was a raffle. So I guess he could claim he gifted the winning ticket to her and then she technically won the gun. The part that concerned me was the conversation at the table and the charity volunteer helping with the paperwork just shrugging it off. It use to be only the hunting groups raffled g...

Restricted buyer

Was at a charity event and a guy won a gun. When he went to sign for it, he had his girl friend put it in her name. They questioned it and he said he was restricted due to a past domestic issue. Everyone knows this guy hunts, has a number of shotguns and rifles. I told the paperwork guys I would not...

Re: Winchester Model 12 Shotgun Heirloom

Not safe, give it the respect it deserves and shoot lead out of it. If conditions require steel use a different gun. Bismuth is an option but be prepared it is not cheap.

Tried this site for 2 days, could never get the quote/price function to work. It says the system has an error.

S&W Performance Center Revolver

Who locally would have the best price on a S&W PC revolver. Don't care if they have to order it, but thought I'd see if a local dealer can match the gunbroker pricing.

Re: Shot show 2018... Exciting new stuff or not?

If 224 is the big news then the show is a bust. It might be a OK round but certainly not enough to support the entire market for a year.

Silver buffer tube & charging handle

Anyone know where I can get a 6 position buffer tube and a charging handle anodized in silver. I have both in a very ugly gold/green that I thought looked good until I put them next to the blue hand guard. The other option we be to get these re anodized if some has a source that would do it for 20-3...

Re: Gun Broker - Crazy Seller

Seller finally got the hint. After 3 auctions that never met reserve, he finally posted it with a minimum bid amount. Interesting the minimum is $50 more than the high bid on the first auction. Well now you know what he is willing to let it go for. Free market. For something that has been listed fo...
