Just have to figure out which one I'm going to use. Howa M1500 308 Winchester Savage 111 270 Winchester Marlin 336 30-30 Winchester Arm...

Re: Question about private sale...

Dre,

You are correct you are not required to inform any Law enforcement agency. You should have covered your due diligence by checking the paperwork of the purchaser. Not that it is needed but you should be good to go.

Minnetonka Sportsmen, Inc - Mound, MN

Shot there many a times when Badger still lived in this neck of the woods. The rifle range is pretty nice. The new roof over the shooting benches is nice. Pistol range is rock so
It doesn't get to muddy. Kinda small but nice range.

Non-reciprocating states

Not really. The reason other states are not recognizing Minnesota PtC generally lies at the feet of the state of MN. The state by law is supposed to review all other states annually and grant states with substantially similar carry laws to carry in MN. Many of those states have a reciprocity agreeme...

Re: Why does Obama start his gun grab campaign in MN?

Semi-automatic rifles are subject to a background check? I thought that was only for handguns. Every firearm from an FFL you fill out a Form 4473 and do a NICS. Handguns and Evil Black Rifles you need the PTP/PTC as extra. What I find very funny AR15 PTP/PTC needed. Beretta CX4 carbine nothing more...
