In what manner would you prefer the finish be marred? :P

Only through extensive use at the range or through holster wear is it permissible to have a marred finish. :D

Re: Guns in Bars, I for one don't like it!

I think it is important to remember that everyone's metabolism is a bit different and changes based on time of day and other factors. While these calculators are good guides, unless you have access to a calibrated breathalyzer, better to play it on the safe side. Kind of like using a chronograph for...

Re: Even in Eagan

Why do they always have to toss it out the window? It is just wrong to mar the finish in that manner ....

Re: Load Development 101

Got it. Very cool stuff. Not looking to do any load development like this myself anytime soon, but have just always had a fasination with chamberings that are not main stream. Maybe someday I will have the skills and the time to play in this area though until then, I just keep trying to soak up as m...

Re: Load Development 101

So can 9x23 and .38 Super be used interchangably as long as it is a newer gun that spaces on the mouth instead of the semi-rim?

This stuff is very interesting to me, though I am very very novice in understanding it.

Re: Old Revolver I.D.? Colt and a Harrington and Richardson...

The cat is definitely a big-bore personaily in a rimfire package. Ask Strad's dog Hank Or Munch's index finger  Easily as violent as a dillon minigun, but she does about as much damage as a Red Ryder bb gun. With me its just sit on my lap and try to grab food when she thinks I'm not lookin...

Re: Another child lost

Justa. Thanks so much for you blatent personal attack. It is unwarranted, and uncalled for. Your welcome. You spelled "blatant" wrong. I know you have never said anything that could be considered a personal attack, but that is ok because it was directed at someone else. Are handguns desig...

Re: Federal agents hunt for guns, one house at a time

It turned out two handguns, of a type drug gangsters prefer, were bought by a pastor for target practice. Some stories, they say, are hard to believe. http://www.chron.com/disp/story.mpl/front/6505651.html What "type" are those? I am sure I have a couple, I guess that makes me an "at...
