Re: Ruger Mark IV

That looks sweet!

I am not sure about the hinged barrel set up though, as that means TandemKross, Volquartsen, and others will have to make "Mark IV" only aftermarket barrels.

Re: Mike the gun guy

He's a quisling - not representative of anything other than a turncoat east-coast quisling.

A big +1 on that!

WCCO Poll - Does America need new gun laws?

Another one to vote, "NO" on.

http://minnesota.cbslocal.com/

It is on the right side about 1/4 or 1/3 down the page.

Re: East Bethel Gun Show, June 11-12

Beaverbrook is just about a mile away from there. I just set up the BB booth, so if you are interested in learning about a membership, stop by.

Re: buy/sell on this forum?

This forum has always worked well for me. More qualified buyers and easy transactions. I do not use Armslist much, except if I find cheap factory ammo.

Re: 1st revolver

The old Dan Wesson 15 series are also good guns. You can often find them at lower prices than Smiths and Rugers.

The biggest thing is finding one that you like and then shoot the heck out of it!

Re: Time for a new .22 for my wife

Can someone tell me the difference between the Ruger 22/45 models 3908 and 3912? Other than color, they look a bit different on the side, but I can't see anything on the specs that show any difference From what I remember, the green 3912 has horizontal cuts on the upper, whereas the blue 3908, red ...

Re: Selling your firearms

I have sold and purchased on/from this site with ZERO problems. Reasonably priced items seem to sell quickly and painlessly. I do something like this: My SOP is to ask for a DL and PTP/PTC, and a bill of sale in the ad itself. This seems to weed out sketchy buyers. I can only think of one that has e...

Re: Anyone use Case Club pistol cases?

I was looking at that site as well. The online reviews have been pretty good. However, it sure would be nice to see one, before either you or me buy one! Compared to Pelican cases, the Case Club prices are a lot lower! If I decide to take the plunge and buy, I will let you know.
