Re: Shot show 2019

SO are we a gun forum or just a group of crotchety folks that talk about the weather? I have seen no one posting anything about the shot show. Come on guys what have you seen that excites you? I am intrigued by Winchester's new .350 legend, I like the ballistics and the fact it uses a .223 head, un...

Re: Upcoming rallies

You all planning to attend the MNGOC rally on 2/23? I’m going to that one. What about the MGR one this weekend? I don’t think I can stomach that one. There’s part of me that wants to just go and be a visible body but haven’t seen them do anything but holler and scream online like Alex Jones. Sent f...

Re: Why no good sales on revolvers?

Revolvers are nearly always in demand. Look at a demand curve for AR’s, and it’s a bell with a lot of spikes....revolvers are nearly always a straight line.

Re: Red Flag law and safety

I was a supporter of a "Red Flag" type law - with about 4 major modifications to it... Then I realized the resultant bill I wanted looked EXACTLY like what we currently have in the Civil Commitment process - and the only point of "Red Flag" laws was to garner a WIN for gun contro...

Re: Decals at Lowes

Neither is legal size for MN but i Do like the green idea. I thought legal did not matter anymore? They have to inform you to not carry or leave, if you refuse you are trespassing. Signs have no force of law correct? Signs never had the force of law but do have specific size and letter in MN law. a...

Re: Just in case, for a bear encounter?

Bear in an enclosed space is perfect for a 12ga with a 4 shot extension tube - OO buck and slug combo meal.

Head, heart, head, heart, head, heart, head, heart, head.

Re: Stock & Barrel Eagan

Eagan will be a custom build out just like the one in Chanhassan. Better space, better layout. Looking forward to having a higher end option in the East Metro — we currently have bupkis except Bill’s Hudson.

So many people are losing sight of what it means for someone to redefine a law without Congressional approval.

I gotcha. Just tired of the Molon Labe crowd. Not that I wouldn't be out there with them -- just that I'd rather it didn't get to that point.

Re: New Jersy mag ban starts today

Jesus are you guys all missing the point... The fact that they'd TRY it -- the fact that some people even remotely feel it's "reasonable" -- and the fact that it actually HAS a chance here in MN to pass...fine if you want to make jokes about having lost them, or molon labe, or some other ...

Re: college paper, gun control.

Have her focus on the disproportionate ways that "gun control" laws affect people of color and the disenfranchised.

Feel free to message me. As a Liberal Democrat, I've got a lot of experience on this one.

Re: So What are We Going to Lose in 2019?

I'm thinking it maybe time to start selling stuff off. I really don't see us fighting off bloombergs money and the democrats. Plus a commie Governor . I sure as hell don't trust the MN Republican senate to block gun control . I doubt there are enough outstate democrats left who will support gun rig...
