Re: Gun laws- safety of Children??? Gun owner might be charged

His biggest mistake was not being a member of the ruling class and vocal advocate of gun control.

Re: What will you stock up on after the firearmsageddon?

I have to ask. Why are you spending money on 200+ magazines?

He's probably planning on selling them in the next round of panic buying.

Be patient, when the bluster dies down and it becomes evident these bans won't pass folks will return to their senses.

Re: Looking for some .22LR ammo in the cities

I scored some Federal Gold Medal at Camp Perry last summer. I wish now I would have bought a few cases of it.

I also have an air rifle and prefer to shoot it over the 22. Much cheaper to shoot and I can do it in my basement.

Re: Looking for some .22LR ammo in the cities

I noticed natchezss.com still had some Lapua X-Act and Midas match ammo on the shelf this afternoon, and at pre panic pricing!

Did I mention the pre panic price is $22 and $32 per box (of 50).

Re: Voice of Reason?

Bill Clinton was a pragmatist, or a typical politician who sticks his finger to the wind to access which way the political wind is blowing. Obama on the other hand is an Ideologue or true believer, one who's political views are set in stone for better or worse. Unfortunately for us, his ideology is ...

Re: Looking for some .22LR ammo in the cities

I've been looking online for Wolf Match Ammo. I think the last 5000 rd case was around $500 last summer. Every where I look it's $799- 999, and sold out. Ex Ed, Wolf 22 Match ammo is made by SK Jagd, sometimes you can find it cheaper than the wolf. I checked my sources and all I can find is their p...

Re: 5 (idiots) accidental shootings at gunshows yesterday

"And in Ohio, a gun dealer in Medina was checking out a semi-automatic handgun he had bought Saturday when he accidentally pulled the trigger, injuring his friend, police said. The gun’s magazine had been removed from the firearm, but one round remained in the chamber, police said." "...

Re: Interesting IMR Powder Read

Powder burn rates vary from lot to lot which is why you should always use current reloading data. It's also a good idea to keep track of the lot numbers of the powder your using. I notice Hodgdon also cut down their Max load of Universal Clays so my "powder puff" target load is now over ma...

Re: EtronX

EtronX was a solution to a problem which didn't exist, at least that's what everyone in the marketplace thought.

Re: Exaggerated prices, exaggerated panic.

It's no wonder this country is in such a sorry state, with so few people even understanding the concepts of freedom and free markets. Yeah, it sucks when government interferes with the market causing artificial price spikes, what sucks worse is when products you want or need aren't available at all.

Re: Exaggerated prices, exaggerated panic.

The way "crap like that" stops is when the owner of "$500 a share Apple stock" doesn't sell it for $7.48... BTW who does that??? Someone who wants to buy favors from the ruling elite, it happens in authoritarian states all the time. ETA: Want to stop it? limit the power of gover...
